Whimsical Wellbeing

Whimsical Wellbeing is self care and slowing down with even more magick! I encourage my clients to really focus in on what makes them feel really good and what type of wellbeing they need each day, each week, each month and seasonally. How each season and change of season makes you feel is huge and if we become more aware of how we operate and where our peaks and troughs are in each we really start to understand how to be kind to ourselves and look after our wellbeing. My go to list for self care activity is all on the whimsical side and consists of...

Visiting our local spa for a sauna and swim

Reading old copies of Breath magazine

Lighting our log burning stove

Practising yoga at home

Going to a yoga class or retreat

Cooking something from scratch

Cleaning out a draw or a cupboard

Re-organising things

Creating new things (at the moment - book making)

Arranging and pressing flowers

Re-potting plants
